Application & Process
The Prism TabXpress-IV is a high-speed, double-sided rotary tablet compression press designed to meet the demands of millennium batch size production. It was created with a focus on exceeding the highest cGMP requirements and ensuring efficient and economical tablet production.
The Prism TabXpress-IV features a unique ergonomic design that makes it easy to operate, with fast changeover and cleaning times that minimize downtime. The tablet press is separated into three zones: the tablet compression zone, the machine service zone, and the electrical controls zone. Additionally, an optional feature of the Prism TabXpress-IV is a touch screen interface with PLC controls that is mounted in a separate electrical controls cabinet, providing a user-friendly experience.
