The Prism TabXpress-II is a high-speed, double-sided rotary tablet compression press. It is designed for large-scale batch production and is capable of handling high volumes of tablets with exceptional efficiency. This makes it an ideal choice for manufacturing processes that require high-speed, reliable, and consistent production output.
The Prism TabXpress-II was designed to exceed the highest cGMP requirements and provide the most economical and efficient tablet production. The new Prism TabXpress-II features a unique ergonomic design that makes it easy to operate, with fast changeover and cleaning times that minimize downtime. The tablet press is separated into three zones: the tablet compression zone, the machine service zone, and the electrical controls zone. Additionally, an optional feature of the Prism TabXpress-II is a touch screen interface with PLC controls that is mounted in a separate electrical controls cabinet, providing a user-friendly experience.
