Prism high speed stirrer is designed to homogenous mixing of liquid, oilment, solution, viscos material and solid-liquid. The machine provided different type of hinging and clamping device as per customer requirement. Prism provided different type of Impeller/Bled as per requirement & with contact part S.S. 304 / S.S. 316.

 
 
Disperser Impeller  High Shear Blade is used for difficult to pigments, solid-liquid and liquid-liquid application.
Butterfly Blade Ideal for application for centrifugal action of the mixer.
Propeller Blade This Impeller used for effectively to achieve a higher rate of efficiency in the transitional and turbulent flow regimes.
Pitch Blade Pitch Blade is ideal for low/medium viscos flow control applications.
Radial Impeller It provides the shear to achieve good contacting for liquid-liquid dispersions and emulsions.
Stator Rotor Impeller The high speed rotation of the rotor blades within the precision machined mixing workhead exerts a powerful sunction drawing liquid and solid materials upwards from the bottom of the vessel and into the centre of the workhead.
